What does a doula do?

Empower you to advocate for yourself and helping you find evidence-based information so that you can make informed decisions for yourself and your baby.

Birth is a marathon. I am here to support you as you follow your primal instincts, stepping in to offer physical, emotional and informational support when needed. Where you lead, I will follow.

I will celebrate your highest highs with you and support you through and commemorate your challenges. I match your tone and atmosphere, holding space for you.

I am a CBI Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, with extra training as a Lactation Counselor and Fertility Doula, nearing certification. Continued education is important to me. I believe in providing evidence-based information to my clients, ensuring that they have the opportunity to informed decisions making every step of the way.
When you hire me as your doula, I waste no time jumping right into the role of your unbiased best friend, providing you with unwavering support as you navigate your way into parenthood and beyond. What does a virtual doula do?

Birth is intimate. Many parents aim to keep it as such by limiting the people they welcome into their birthing space. However, sometimes it's helpful to reach out (or having your partner reach out) and ask questions along the way as you navigate labor. Education/informational support and emotional support doesn’t have to be compromised!
